Work location

You can choose to work on-site at our Semarang office or remotely

Working time
  • Part-time 20 hours per week for 6 months
  • You can choose your own day and time with a choice between Monday – Friday morning slots (08:00 – 12:00 WIB) or afternoon slots (13:00 – 17:00 WIB)
Minimum qualifications
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree ideally in an analytical, economic, communication, or marketing field.
  • You learn fast and have an affinity with user’s shopping experience in an online marketplace
  • Statistics knowledge, a good understanding of big data sets, analytical thought-process
  • A highly organized and creative go-getter with excellent verbal and written communication skills who’s hands-on and has a proactive mindset
Extra qualifications (nice to have)

Preferably have some knowledge or experience as a seller in an online marketplace.

What you’ll do:
  • Develop data products and track their performance to optimize user experiences.
  • In-depth analysis by performing studies on customer behavior, e.g. finding patterns in customer types, promotion performance, or developing A/B testing scenarios.
  • Build, measure, and learn by presenting your findings, brainstorming new solutions, and working on new ideas to improve the user’s shopping experience.
Selection process
  • Selected candidates will be invited to attend 2 virtual interviews consisting of:
  • 1st stage: 30 minutes of a conversation-style interview. The best way to prep is to spend some time thinking about experiences that have been formative to the point you’re at today.
  • 2nd stage: 30 minutes of e-commerce exercise (promotional planning, product selections, and research)
  • This selection process is subject to change but you will be notified if any changes are made.
