Imperial Healthtech is rewriting the rules of modern healthcare. Founded in the Netherlands starting as a personal project developing a pregnancy app for Indonesian women, Imperial Healthtech has grown into a team of 15+ and built 3 apps: BukuBumil, MedMinutes, and Centafit. Work location
You can choose to work on-site at our Semarang office or remotely
Working time
- Part-time 20 hours per week for 6 months
- You can choose your own day and time with a choice between Monday – Friday morning slots (08:00 – 12:00 WIB) or afternoon slots (13:00 – 17:00 WIB)
Minimum qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a design education program
- You have an inspiring portfolio to showcase a variety of UX projects
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia
- You are flexible, have an agile approach, and ability to learn on the go
- You are approachable and can strike up a conversation with anyone
- You have creativity, out-of-the-box, and unconventional thinking
Extra qualifications (nice to have)
- Familiar with Figma
- Relevant experience designing mobile apps
- Familiar with Material Design
What you’ll do:
- Take ownership of your own project to bring deep-level insights to real-life challenges
- Spread human-centered design culture across the company
- Create designs to realize Imperial Healthtech’s ambition of a completely effortless and fun app experience
- Build prototypes for new features and test those with users
- Incorporate new technologies and design trends into meaningful improvements for our users
- Together with Product & Engineering, you will set up tests, continuously working on more effective and appealing designs
Selection process
- Selected candidates will be invited to attend 2 virtual interviews consisting of:
- 1st stage: 30 minutes of a conversation-style interview. The best way to prep is to spend some time thinking about experiences that have been formative to the point you’re at today.
- 2nd stage: 30 minutes of user experience exercise (research & user flow diagram creation)
- This selection process is subject to change but you will be notified if any changes are made.
