Work location
You can choose to work on-site at our Semarang office or remotely
Working time
- Part-time 20 hours per week for 6 months
- You can choose your own day and time with a choice between Monday – Friday morning slots (08:00 – 12:00 WIB) or afternoon slots (13:00 – 17:00 WIB)
Minimum qualifications
- Pursuing or having just finished Information Technology, Information System, or related.
- You are passionate about making manual & routine tasks done faster and easier through automation and integration.
- You are passionate about process optimization & automation
- You are a creative problem solver and a tech-savvy
- You are empathic and love to provide the best user experience
- Driven to challenge convention and reinvent how work is done
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
Extra qualifications (nice to have)
- Experience with team apps such as Slack, Trello, or Airtable
- Experience with no-code automation apps such as Zapier, Automate.io, or Integromat
What you’ll do:
- Translate business requirements into apps integrations
- Turn these requirements into high-quality, high-performance app integrations using the best practices available
- Access existing integrations for completeness, performance and propose/implement improvements
- Keep up with the entire app integrations ecosystem development and share your knowledge with the team and business
- Ensure every integration user gets the best experience possible
Selection process
- Selected candidates will be invited to attend 2 virtual interviews consisting of:
- 1st stage: 30 minutes of a conversation-style interview. The best way to prep is to spend some time thinking about experiences that have been formative to the point you’re at today.
- 2nd stage: 30 minutes of tech-savviness test
- This selection process is subject to change but you will be notified if any changes are made.
